Paddling to the Rhythm of the Sea
Sea Kayaking — Exploring Rhythms Inside & Out
Celebrate Life offers unique opportunities to connect with nature and quiet the mind through the joyful experience of kayaking. Our sessions offer more than simply acquiring skill; we paddle with intention and attention. (We offer private and group lessons.)
Your kayaking journey starts inward with an in-breath, setting intention in ceremony. Together we tap into your personal power (mana) and explore the rhythm of the sea using the kayak to help you recognize patterns and flow in your life. You learn how to maximize your results and minimize your efforts on and off the water. Our private or semiprivate sessions are custom designed to focus on the specific paddling skills you wish to learn, and to set attention on what you want to manifest. Through personal coaching techniques and the use of metaphors, we challenge automatic thoughts and discover together new ways to re-create your flow.
Come join us as we share our passion with the sea and all the gifts meditation in motion has to offer. Our time together will be a blend of inward and outward journeys, exploring what is possible while learning the paddling and personal skills needed to venture out into waterways of life, paddling merrily down the stream in your own boat, for life can surely be a dream!
Our Coastal and Social evening paddles listed below are for paddlers who have paddled with us before.
