Our Mission
We are an intergenerational team, mentoring one another in providing opportunities for growth, creating a collaborative culture which serves our youth and community. Through a series of real-life experiences, we will work together, as we unplug from the mechanical world, connect to our natural rhythm and co-create relationships of a lifetime with intention and purpose.
Who We Are
Celebrate Life started creating opportunities for personal and group empowerment in 1989 as Good Times Outdoor Adventures. In 2006 we changed our name to Celebrate Life and depth of programs, offering Adventures In Learning to youth organizations and Soulful Workplace to corporate groups wanting to enhance their Human Factor. Both offer a progressive series of engaging game-like activities with creative tools and effective practices to help participants realize their fullest potential.
A core value we practice and share with Linked Learning is TEAM-work where "Together Everyone Achieves More" through creating collaborations with complimentary organizations. We also value authentic communication as a tool we share pre, during and post programs, sitting in dialogue circles or council. Council is a practice that encourages deep and honest communication as offered through the Ojai Foundation, to assist individuals to draw out and transfer gems to their daily lives by sharing stories of their personal experience. Participants build trust and stronger relationships while creating a network of support in and out of our program session time.
Our aim is to provide support to individuals of all walks of life at all stages in life. In supporting others to live with intention, we pour ourselves wholeheartedly into our programs. We appreciate listening to other's experiences--from the heart. From our participants to our program facilitators--everyone has a story to tell.
