"... when the comforting routines that sustain us have all but disappeared, then Ritual and Ceremony become Vital Nourishment, perhaps as never before."
Fabiana Fondevila
These are unprecedented times with a strong invitation
to slow down, push the reset button and reflect.
Let's use this time intentionally, acknowledging its gifts and challenges,
by gathering in ceremony together.
WE are ready, Are you?
It is time for all of us to step up and support each other.
Come together to share our gifts,
strengthen ritual and living ceremony as we embody a new way of being.

There are many styles of ceremony, ranging from playful to deeply profound.
Ceremony is an activation of a greater level of consciousness. Our offerings begin with gratitude and a willingness to listen. A ceremony is discovered and uncovered; it lives within the quiet inside place. Using Natures elements, specific locations, symbols and rituals this practice will reveal and strengthen an inner navigation or guidance system.
By making the ceremonial process conscious, we maximize out-of-the-box thinking, which promotes innovative results. This training opens the mind and frees it from patterns of worn-out thinking.
You are invited to connect with yourself more deeply
Through inward exercises, journaling, solo time, mindful movement practices, earth art creations, and dialogue circles, we will strengthen our relations as we build a brave space together. Creating group and individual rituals will be interwoven during your retreat, as you develop new intentional patterns by using ceremonies of your own.

Getting to Nama Stay & Zion National Park, UT
Airfare and ground transport to/from Springdale, UT are not included. We suggest flying in/out of Las Vegas (LAS). They tend to have the best flights and inexpensive car rentals. Then it is a 2.5-hour car drive from LAS to Nama-Stay/Springdale. Closer-but is often more difficult to find the right scheduled flights and price is Saint George Municipal Airport (SGU). The main carrier
is Delta and connects out of Salt Lake City (SLC) and Denver (DEN). From SGU it is an 1-hour car drive to Nama-Stay/Springdale. If you DO NOT want to rent a car, there is transport available via the Saint George Shuttle. If none of these options work for you, send us an email and we will try to help ease the logistics and help you arrive!
