Common-Unity Circles
Wisdom keepers coming together in living rooms, backyards, parks, or at a community center near you. Join us in heart centered conversations as we ride the wave of life together.
Celebrate Long Life invites you to sit in circle together with us, share your passion and become engaged with your community by living purposefully with intention. Our proposed format is to follow the arch of a rite of passage, to honor the transition into elderhood.
Our gatherings are for those who are ready to embrace the final stage of their journey as a great opportunity for spiritual, emotional and psychological growth. We are gathering at local groups for elders, churches, community centers, parks, living rooms and backyards. Sitting in circle together with new and old friends approaching elderhood, to inspire and support each other in becoming a conscious elder – a process through which we can become the spiritual stewards of our communities and earth guardians.
We sit in circle together as co-creators to a new story of aging consciously . A time to speak and listen from the heart , to share and learn from each other as we step through the threshold into elderhood. These circles are not therapy group sessions or religious or politically focused. They are organized social gatherings for baby boomers to be together and share our successes and challenges while having fun and learning a few tools that may help along the way.
Presented by: Patrick A. Talbot, MFT with Oceanna, LMT, founders of Celebrate Life
and CL Faculty Members as guest speakers
When: 7:00 PM on the First Wednesday of every month
Where: Locations vary monthly, please call for info on the next gathering and to get on our mailing list
